Shipping policy

Please keep in mind that some areas may not have accurate pricing based on distance just yet. If there are any changes to the delivery cost as we finalize our routes, we will reach out to you directly. We appreciate your understanding that we can't guarantee specific delivery times.

 Jobsites, funeral homes, churches, and schools will receive priority for our earliest routes, while other addresses will be scheduled for open delivery unless there were accommodations made by phone to specify.

For office buildings or apartments, please include any access codes or specific details in the special instructions box. If you forget, just give us a call, and we’ll update your order. We will also do our part to reach you. Please remember that if we can't establish contact, the delivery may not be successful, and will result in a redelivery charge.
