Refund policy

Once an Order is placed; no refunds are given but store credit for the full amount is provided. The store credit has no expiration date and can be used at any time. Persephone's Floral Co. strives to provide high quality floral products and accommodating service; but acknowledge that the perishable nature of flowers and handmade arrangements can affect their lifespan and appearance. We welcome feedback and will take appropriate action if our client is not satisfied with the quality of their product.

Persephone's Floral Co. is not liable for any stem damage or hard good damage once your arrangement leaves our hands or facility.
